What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the QA team in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
- Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics related to our QA efforts.
- Helping to ensure client satisfaction by ensuring that delivered software meets or exceeds expectations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A passion for quality assurance and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
